Evolve (Brazilian pink amethyst)

A piece about evolution! This is a turning point in my work that came directly from my brain, no expectations, no rules, just me. I believe art is constantly evolving! It goes through phases as does the moon! This piece is a place to hang my hat…..a place that brings me back to center and allows me to show you guys a piece of my heart…..a home. The characters include Selene the moon who represents how art is quickly changing and Jarod the snail who represents the slow and steady progression of art. I thought this was a great representation of the duality that art possesses
